Dear,
Congoresearchnetwork is open to all disciplines in the Humanities, anthropology being only one of them! You will notice that there are already some historians and people from International Relations in the list. Please send your details to katrien.pype@soc.kuleuven.be – I will add you. Best, Katrien
Dear, thank you for your question. If there is a link with DRCongo, of course we can include you in the network! Let us know what you are working on, please.
Best,
Katrien
I am a Cultural Heritage student at the Reinwardt Academy in Amsterdam. Currently I am writing my bachelor thesis on colonial monuments in DRCongo. My research concerns, in short, the role and the reason for existence of colonial statues in modern day Congo. From 1st March until 29th March I am going to Kinshasa to do research. Are there any contacts within this network that can be interesting for me?
Cher,
