Particularly in the past decade, an increasing number of scholars in the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) has become interested in the DRC, thus significantly expanding the field of Congo studies.

This two-day PhD meeting wants to identify and make visible doctoral research in progress, to connect younger colleagues and to break down disciplinary or institutional boundaries.

Keynote speaker:

Justin Bisanswa

(ULaval/Université de Nantes)

“The Congolese novel as chronicle of contemporary history”

Attending the PhD Days is free, but please register before 25th May by sending an email at: congoresearchnetwork@gmail.com
